Booking Policies
At Keira Aesthetics it is our highest priority to provide our clients with the best possible treatment and care. Please review our policies and understand when scheduling a treatment, you agree to the terms of the following policies.
Cancellations/REscheduling
We understand that cancellations and changes occur. If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled time.
If you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment within the 48 hour notice, this will result in a charge equal to 50% of the booked service.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
LATE ARRIVALS
We highly recommend to arrive few minutes before your appointment.
If you are running late up to 15 minutes late, your treatment time will be shortened to fit your scheduled time frame. You will still be charged 100% of the booked treatment.
Missed appointments
Every scheduled appointment is reserved specifically for you. We undoubtedly respect our client's time and hope for the same respect of our time. Please note that any missed appointments, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Medical conditions
Your health is our top priority.
We kindly ask our guests to communicate with us regarding any medical conditions, allergies, prescriptions, pregnancy, injuries that may possibly affect your treatment. Please note that some treatments are not recommended for clients who have certain medical conditions, a doctor's clearance may be requested prior to your appointment. (cancer, blood disorders and diseases, cardiovascular conditions, open wounds, pregnancy ,etc..)
BOTOX FILLERS/PLASTIC SURGERIES
Clients who have had injectables (fillers or Botox)must wait at least 3 weeks before a facial appointment can be scheduled.
Any permanent makeup ,micro-blading,chemical peels, laser treatments must also wait at least 3 weeks to schedule an appointment for a facial.
If you recently had surgery (cosmetic or other surgeries) a doctor's clearance may be requested to move forward with any facial treatments.
PERSONAL ITEMS
Keira Aesthetics studio is not responsible for any lost, or misplaced items. We ask you to leave extremely valuable items at home.
GUESTS UNDER THE AGE OF 18
Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
